I hope this message finds you well. I recently purchased a Gamma Premium account and have been trying to use the platform to customize text as per my requirements. However, I’ve encountered a recurring issue: despite providing my own text, and choosing preserved option, the output generated ppt does not align with my input and seems to follow its own content structure. which it was not the same with free version!

Could you please assist me with resolving this issue? I’d appreciate any guidance on how to ensure the platform follows the text I provide accurately.
