Hey sandeep shrivastava, sorry to hear that and totally fair to cancel if the credit system isn’t working for you. When you say “bad credit system,” what specifically felt off: running out too fast, unclear pricing/limits, or spending credits on retries/edits that didn’t improve the result? If you can share one example of what you were trying to do when it went sideways, I’ll pass it to the team.

Hi Nik,
The issue is how credits are being consumed during the initial file creation.
Previously, creating a new file did not deduct any credits—credits were only charged when editing or regenerating content later. Now, credits are being spent immediately upon initial file generation, causing monthly credits to run out extremely quickly.
If users have to buy extra credits every month just to create basic presentations, the monthly subscription value drops significantly. The credit deduction should apply to advanced edits or revisions, not the initial generation itself.
