Proposals, need mail merge variables like <first name> and e-sign would be amazing - Google Docs just rolled this out.

Sarah Bacich: Have you tried adding fields like this in your templates? LLM's are very good at replacing text.

Field Mapping in Templates

When using a template, ability to import text/data and have it insert that info into the template. This would require some level of field mapping, but could easily be done in an excel/google sheet. When the template is created, the user could tag a field and then, later, when using that template the AI sees that tag, it would know to insert into the appropriate field.

hi Michael Coffee. Can you share an example of what you mean by field mapping?
LLMs are pretty good at inferring placement with a good example + fed in data (eg. csv pasted in), so I wonder if this is something you have tried but haven't had work successfully
