Better enterprise sales / onboarding process

I am trying to get in contact with a sales representative to help complete my organization's onboarding process, specifically around risk / AI governance, but cannot get past the AI chatbot because I am not yet a paid subscriber. I cannot sign up for any enterprise licenses without this information being provided. A more robust enterprise-facing sales process would be greatly appreciated.

We're a tiny team so we may not be able to assist w/ every sale, but would love to know what were the main questions you had about our plans (wrt to risk and AI governance)?
