Browser spell check / grammarly API
in progress
John Stetic
When there is a spelling mistake I want to be able to quickly right click to pick the right spelling. However right click brings up the context menu for Gamma rather than the context menu of the browser, so you can't spell check unless you run spell check on the slide using AI, which takes way to long compared to a quick right click select. Maybe just a modifier key to bring up the browser context menu?

100% - Cannot right click to correct a word. It highlights the misspelt word red underlined but when you right click on it the Gamma menu comes up with no ability to correct the word. Almost as if the system spell check isn't recognized by Gamma or they're clashing on the right click function. Gamma should just add in a spell check on the right click if they want their menu to show up

Add a spell checker or way to check spelling and spacing for whole gamma (maybe Grammarly API)
Corey Colwell
With options to HIGHLIGHT the changes and select each one (like Grammarly). It takes waaaayyyy too long to go slide by slide AND flip back and forth to see where the recommended changes are.

I write a lot, and it would be helpful if I could right-click on a word to view the word's synonyms. Diction--choosing the right words--is a desired feature. Thank you.

Thank you. Will do.

Hi Jere Gault, good suggestion — in the meantime, you could try asking Agent to do this!

When right clicking on chrome to get spelling and grammar help it overrides to gamma controls so you can't use spell check.

Hi John Stetic, you should be able to double right click to bring up the browser context menu. This is good discoverability feedback that I'll share with the team — let me know if this doesn't work!
Alison (Design @ Gamma)
John Stetic, could you actually send a screenshot example of a slide where you ran into this?

Really, Really Need Spell Spelling Grammar Check that Allows You To Preserve Formatting
Corey Colwell
Grammarly doesn't work within Gamma (can you guys do anything about this)? So the only option is to use the internal spelling and grammar check - but often it completely changes the design or other formatting features (such as bold font). Can you PLEASE enable some kind of option to allow for formatting to be preserved while spelling/grammar is recommended? ALSO it would be WAY BETTER for your spell/grammar check to SHOW you the recommended changes that you can accept or decline. Its takes FOREVER to go through each slide to try to figure out what I want to keep and not keep AND if the only option is to accept all or none, i have to go back in and change things back. its incredibly tedious and NOT time saving, which is the whole point of Gamma. I have requested this before and I am doing so again b/c its so frustrating I am considering leaving Gamma.

integrate Grammarly API
Payash Gaur
Please integrate Grammarly API so that users can rectify grammatical errors with ease and also allow option to do proper formatting if the texts in the Gamma editor as even if the design is good but due to unaligned texts it is looking very shabby.
