Charts formatting bug

No longer shows edit chart button, you need to double click.
Also charts are no longer able to be resized. They seem to lock into set sizes now which is frustrating.

Hey Luke Belto, thanks for flagging this. That sounds super frustrating.
A couple quick details so we can pass something actionable to the team:
1) What browser + OS are you on (and does it happen in an incognito/private window too)?
2) For resizing, are you trying to drag the chart’s corners/edges and nothing happens, or does it snap back to a fixed size after you drop it?
If you can share a quick screen recording or screenshot of what you’re seeing, that’d help a ton.
