How do I change the color of a single word on a gamma slide but not the entire sentence or paragraph. I watched a training video and apparently it was for an older version of Gamma because the buttons and other things it was referring to don't exist on my version of gamma.

I am hopeful that someone out there knows how to do this. I have already spent too much time trying to figure it out on my own and nothing has been working. TIA!
