We have a shared workspace for our team, which is expected to expand and include users with different needs. Currently, one user requested a Pro seat, but since our team is on the Plus tier, we could only offer a Plus seat.

It would be helpful if you could add a feature allowing different tier seats within a single workspace for better customization.
