Make the default to not receive an email every time a you open or save a document. It's very annoying.

I agreed with this but one day i had low internet connectivity so the emails were useful to obtain the presentation. Perhaps an option whereby the user can actively select 'recieve' or not the email due to their circumstances would satisfy everyone. Certainly the default should be to not receive the email.
