ENABLE USER TO PRESENT THE WEB-BASED DECK WHILE RECORDING A LOOM VIDEO

As the "Love" note shared detailed how your deck would fail to advance by any means while recording a loom video - it has worked - but for 5 tries after a 1st where it worked, it would not - screwing up multiple takes and unfortunately brining me to rage, which is of course on me.... but your POS need to be more consistent.
I do not know if your tech allows you to review logs - but I really hope it does. it was this deck - https://gamma.app/docs/2vv2nx2q7dlg0xo
Now I will download as a PPT going fwd.... and be evaluating using other tools instead.

Windows 11 and it was full presentation mode and Loom was recording and again once I did it the first time it did it fine and I understand since then talking to AI it’s probably a memory memory overload on the browser and I think what you guys ought to do is engineer a warning or pop-up when such an issue is sensed by the system unless you guys can’t tell when people are trying to act it, but if you can, if your log shows that I’m hitting the button and you guys it’s not moving then it should ideally pop up a notification saying sorry for the experience. Your browser memory must be full if you have mini browser, Windows open or browser tabs consider restarting your browser and trying again or exporting as a PPT or Google file.

Ah man, I’m really sorry. I can totally see how having the deck stop advancing mid-Loom take would make you want to throw your laptop.
Thanks for the link and the detail, I’ll pass this to the team. If you’re up for one quick follow-up so we can actually chase it down: when it fails to advance, are you clicking in the deck, using arrow keys, or a clicker, and what browser + OS were you on? (Also, were you presenting in full-screen or just in the editor?)
