Too many clicks to get to the items we want. Instead what we need is a toggle option to turn on/off a floating menu bar with quick short cuts.

1) Which 3 to 5 actions are you clicking for most that you’d want pinned in that bar?
2) When do you feel the pain most, while editing content, tweaking layout/theme, or presenting/reviewing?
