From Community: Request for Gamma API Enhancement with Speaker Notes
Randhir Vieira
I am using the gamma api via Claude and would love for the API to be enhanced to be able to also put in speaker notes. Ideal flow is to generate a full Gamma deck including the speaker notes directly from Claude where I have my agents and skills and context.

Hey Randhir Vieira, thanks for the super clear ask. Passing this along to the team. Quick couple questions so we capture it right: (1) do you want speaker notes generated per card/slide as a separate field, or embedded in the content in some structured way? (2) any examples of what “good” notes look like for you (length, format, prompts like talk track vs bullets, include timing/cues)?

Nik Payne (Gamma design) yes the speaker notes are per card and should go in the speaker notes section of the gamma UI. As if I entered them manually. here is a real speaker note from one card. for now I had Claude Cowork + Chrome plugin enter it automatically via the UI since I could not do it through the API
SLIDE 12 — THE WIZARD: Multi-Agent Workflows
This is the first example cluster. The theme: Claude as orchestrator, you as the conductor.
Opening: "The Wizard is when you stop using AI as a single tool and start using it as a crew. Multiple agents, each with a specific role, coordinating toward one output. This is Phase 3 in action."
EXAMPLE 1 — Petra Coaching website: "I built the entire Petra Coaching website in conversation with Claude. Brand, copy, structure, technical recommendations — no agency, no developer. I described what I wanted, Claude drafted, I edited, Claude refined. The whole thing. Claude even recommended Cloudflare + GitHub for hosting — and was right."
EXAMPLE 2 — Idea to Impact assessment: "This is a structured diagnostic tool that evaluates organizations across four dimensions. Built with Claude — the question logic, the scoring, the automated output summaries, the CTA to book a debrief. All built in conversation. Zero manual coding."
EXAMPLE 3 — LinkedIn workflow: "I don't sit down and write LinkedIn posts. I talk through an idea using Superwhisper on my iPhone. Claude transcribes and structures it. I edit for my voice. Claude refines. I publish. The whole workflow takes 20 minutes instead of 90. And the posts are better because I start with authentic thinking, not a blank page."
THE THROUGH-LINE: "Each of these had multiple specialized agents — drafter, critic, editor, publisher. The magic is coordination. I'm the conductor. Claude is the orchestra."
INVITE: "What's a workflow in your world that has multiple steps you're still doing manually end to end?"
