Full-width header image still cropped despite using Accent Image (Pro account)

Hello Gamma team,
I’m trying to place an image that spans the full width at the top of a card/slide (a full-width header image). I’m on Gamma Pro.
I’ve already followed the instructions from your chatbot:
Card Styling → Accent image → Top
Click Edit to upload the image
Tried Fill Mode, Fit Mode, dragged the edge to adjust width, and used Change focus point
However, the image is still being cropped/forced into a fixed frame. My goal is to have a full-width header where the entire image remains visible (no unintended crop), or at least to control the crop precisely.
Additional context:
In Media → AI images, I only see 1:1 and 4:3 aspect ratios (e.g., with Ideogram 3.0 Turbo). I don’t see a 16:9 option.
When an image is inserted, the three-dot menu shows standard actions (duplicate, move, link, crop, download, delete), but I don’t see an AI/Magic Edit or Expand Canvas option for the header image.
I tested both illustration and photorealistic images; same cropping behavior.
Could you please advise on the following?
The exact steps to place a true full-width header image without cropping (or how to keep the full image visible while spanning the header).
Whether 16:9 images are supported anywhere for header placement, or what recommended pixel dimensions / aspect ratio you suggest to avoid cropping.
Whether Magic Edit / Expand Canvas is available for accent images in the Top layout (and if this is feature-flagged for certain accounts or styles).
Any “safe area” guidance for header images so important content isn’t cut off.
Happy to share screenshots if helpful.
Thank you in advance for clear, step-by-step guidance!

Hi Wouter van den Berg, are you trying to create something that looks like A or B?
If A, when you enter present mode the image will fill the entire width of the screen by default.
If B, you can enable Full-bleed card.
If you could share a screenshot or upload the image that would be helpful to understand what you're trying to achieve!
