Gamma Didn't Save Work

After finetuning a deck for well over an hour, I logged in today to see that that Gamma didn't save any of the changes I had made. I checked version history and it shows nothing after I made the changes. Super disappointing as I lost significant work and there's no way I see to manually save a deck...

Hey Haille Ausher, ugh I’m really sorry. Losing an hour of edits is brutal. I’ll pass this along to the team.
Quick couple questions to help us narrow it down:
1) Were you editing in the web app, and which browser were you using (Chrome/Safari/etc)?
2) Right before you left the deck last time, did you close the tab, refresh, lose connection, or see any kind of “offline” or error message?

I was using the web app on Chrome. At the end of my session, I did receive an "offline" message that mentioned it couldn't save. But that was at the end of session, and I figured that it was referring to current state (which I assumed may be the last 5 minutes or so of tweaks), not all the changes I had made over the past hour.
If I see that error pop-up again, what would be the best way to make sure it does save the progress?
