I am a trainer of teachers.. I usually recommend my trainees (the teachers) to use Gamma as a very useful tool.. however, I don't know why you are taking our credits.. I paid for the annual plan and I made only 2 projects.. I need it seriously for my work and I cannot wait till next month.. this is crazy.. please if there is any bugs or other problem try to fix it and manage or return our money..

You can reach out to them by going to https://gamma.app/ and clicking on the ? in the bottom right corner, then selecting 'Contact support'.
If you can, include (1) roughly when you noticed the credits drop and (2) whether it happened right after a specific action (creating, editing, exporting, etc). That’ll help them track it down faster.
