We'd like to be able to integrate Google Analytics for sites so that we can measure ad performance with Google. Google Tag Manager is not sufficient for all the Google ecosystem workflows, it only covers some parts of it. We also need Google Analytics support.

For measuring ad performance with Google Ads specifically, Google Analytics 4 (which this guide covers) should give you the conversion tracking capabilities you need beyond what GTM offers.
Does this cover what you're looking to do, or are you looking for additional Google ecosystem integrations?

Chaemin Ahn (Design @ Gamma) thank you. The instructions sent me in the right directions. But the instructions are inaccurate. There is different things that have to be clicked on in google tag manager that is not mentioned. And I'm still not completely sure everything works the way it should.
It would be good to have some screen shots of what has to be configured to make it work.
