Have an app that supports offline editing
Melissae E. (Gamma Designer)
Having an app on desktop, and in a perfect world - on mobile, would be great and much easier. I want to be able to edit my gammas offline with it

Accès hors-ligne
Varence NGUIMBIS
Il serait bon que l'outil ait une option pour que le travail puisse être accessible hors-ligne (temporairement). Afin de permettre la continuité d'utilisation même en cas de problème de connexion internet.

Offline presentation
Sven De Mey
Make the presentation persistent, when a browser is open and the presentation is loaded in buffer. That would make it easier to use when the connection is lost or working offline in the first place.

Taking a decision to choose or not your product

Hi,
I'm about to choose an application to do the presentation and use it during my public conferences about AI's impacts on our society at all levels of our daily life... I had several recommendations as far as which are considered the best by asking different chatbots. Nevertheless, I cannot deny that I was impressed by yours. And I will be making my choice within the next three days. I am a young old pioneer of technology, and I've been using PowerPoint, the standard one. However, I wonder about the following question before making my choice.
I will be sending the presentation that I'll be doing to the attendees. I have three different types of conferences: half an hour, one hour and two hours.
Here are my questions:
I would like to consider the fact that there might not be an Internet connection and I want to be able to use it with my laptop plug-in on the major big screen to present it.
Also considering the possibility of making a video clip out of it, or at least part of it to promote it on the web, on different credible social media and major news media, using my voice and sources and references to support the clip.
Fact that I will be using both languages English and French for the conferences but mainly French to start with Do you have any suggestions concerning my approach? Each time I will Build a different presentation.
Also, whoever reads this, request your conscience that I'll be promoting your product at the same time….
Thanks,
bert

Hi Bert,
Our app doesn’t work offline (yet) but you can export to PPT as a backup 👍
Also, on our pro plan you can translate a presentation using the “ai edit” feature in the top bar. You could make different language versions that way
