Improve folder and workspace awareness

The get_folders tool is good, but Gamma should make it easy for the assistant to understand where content should go.
For example:
“Save this in the Bulletproof Automations folder.”
“Use my client proposal workspace.”
“Put this under 2026 / Sales Decks.”
For business users, organization matters.

Johnathan Lightfoot this is super clear, thank you. Totally agree that if the assistant can’t reliably understand folder/workspace context, it’s hard to trust it for real business organization. I’ll pass this to the team.
Quick question so we scope it right: when you say “make it easy,” do you want the assistant to (a) ask a quick clarifying question when there’s ambiguity, (b) show you a picker/confirmation before saving, or (c) learn a default workspace/folder per project/client?

Nik Payne (Gamma design) the ideal behavior for me would be:
remember defaults by project/client/workflow
ask when unclear
confirm with a picker when needed
That feels like the best balance between speed and trust.
