Improve powerpoint export quality
IRON DAN
When it comes to exporting to PowerPoint I suppose it has a predefined size for the slides, which means that if my presentation in gamma has a size, when I want to export it to pptx it is cropped and it looks weird or there are parts left out, my recommendation is that they add some type of preview with a frame the size of the pptx slide so that the user can make sure that everything will be in the margins and he will not have to be exporting again and again to see the changes he is making with the size of pptx

I exported my PP to Gamma for improvement. The outcome was horrible. Images were cut-off, too many content on one page, just useless and had to delete.

Request for Preserving Master Layouts in PPT Exports
종주 이
Hello Gamma Team,
I'm currently using a paid subscription to Gamma, and I'm generally satisfied with the ease of use and the automated layout design features.
However, I've noticed that when exporting presentations to PowerPoint (.pptx), the master layouts and overall design structures are not preserved properly. This forces me to manually reformat every slide, which significantly reduces the value of using Gamma to streamline presentation design.
Since layout design is one of Gamma's core advantages, I had assumed that master slide structures would be retained in exported files. If this feature is already supported, I would greatly appreciate detailed guidance on how to utilize it properly.
Otherwise, I would like to strongly request that this be considered for future improvements, especially for paid users who rely on Gamma for professional work.
Thank you for your support, and I look forward to your response.
Best regards,
Nik Payne (Gamma design)
Thank you for the feedback. I'm going to pass this along to the team

Issues in exporting presentation decks onto Microsoft PowerPoint or Google Slides as per June 18, 2025.
- The shapes of charts are distorted when being exported to PowerPoint. Some of the shape edges are being cropped. Examples; the edges of a circular chart, and the end-tips of an arrow chart. They will get cropped on the edges.
- Presentations exported to Google Slides do not have transitions and animations, but retain the integrity of chart shapes (e.g. tips of arrows and edges of circular charts).
- Please allow presentation animations and transitions to be carried over to MS PowerPoint and Slides. This will help in saving a huge amount of time instead of having to do further edits on each and every elements. We appreciate the kind consideration.

Background Theme
Japheth Wanyonyi
It's really cool that there are numerous themes available but they don't carry over when exported to powerpoint or pdf. The background colors are present when making the presentation in gamma but only a white screen everywhere else. It would be nice if this issue gets fixed.

Thanks Japheth

Is there a way to add page number on on each cards? Also exports in pptx - the fonts are all over the place and I have to manually fix each slide

There is a problem in Gamma. When we design we have the option of choosing the Image style like curve or shaped or slow faded but when it is exported those things are gone and it simply exporting as verticle rectangle.

Thanks Innocent Criminal. This may be a limitation with powerpoint, but I will share with the team. Thanks!

Notice the difference. The first one has Background blur When i exported it to pdf it changed the background. Also notice the image style in the first screenshot it has some nice blur but when i exported it changed into normal one.
