Improve themes

I really want to use this for customer collateral but I'm having difficulties ensuring consistent branding. I want to default common layouts and different background for different slides. One solid color for my background makes me slides feel juvenile and I'm disappointed in the lack of specifications I can select in the themes.

Hey GLS Global Services GmbH, totally hear you. Theme color variety can feel weirdly limiting once you’re trying to match a brand or just get a specific vibe. I’ll pass this along to the team.

Quick question so we can make it actionable: when you say “more colors,” do you mean (a) more preset palettes to pick from, or (b) the ability to enter your own custom colors (like hex codes) for theme colors?

Hey Sofia Contreras, thanks for calling this out. Totally hear you, it’s frustrating when you’re trying to dial in a template and basic spacing controls like margins just aren’t there. I’ll pass this to the team.

Quick question so we can make it actionable: are you mainly trying to adjust margins/padding globally for the whole template, or do you need it per card/section (and is it mostly for text blocks, or everything including images)?

Ability to make boxes transparent

Currently can only make content boxes white when I would like to see the background image behind text boxes when required.

Thanks Jenny. You may be able to adjust the opacity of these text boxes in the theme? I'm not sure. Will add to our working list of theme improvements

Lacking base functionality

Does not support level of basic details I would expect for creating a custom theme. I have a full branding document I want to use in Gamma. It doesn't support most of the details I would like to define.

Set bullet color as part of the theme

The ability to set bullet color as part of the theme just the bullet not the bulleted text. I would love to have bullet color match or compliment my theme colors.
