Font sizes are too small / increase available sizes
Raul Alfredo Tello
A presentation is not always projected on an appropriate screen, often available walls and even on a smart TV are used. In these cases, having an appropriate font size makes a difference, this could be added to the card configuration, I think that the option available in this regard is not enough to achieve an appropriate display of the content of the presentation.

«Текст слишком мелкий при создании проекта — невозможно увеличить масштаб»

Larisa Ponomarenko
Здравствуйте! При создании проекта в Gamma текст получается очень мелким. Невозможно увеличить масштаб, чтобы нормально рассмотреть и отредактировать — видно, как выглядит текст, только после скачивания готового файла. Можно ли как-то это исправить?

Hello Larisa Ponomarenko! I have a few more questions for you:
- What device and operating system are you using when experiencing this issue?
- Have you tried using any specific browser or app version where this problem occurs?
- Is the issue consistent across different projects or specific to certain types?

type size too small

Andrew Perkins
All of the slide decks I've created so far have used exceedingly small text for the bullet points - unreadably small for presentation. I have found it easier to export anyway and edit in Google Slides, but the AI should assume the text needs to be read by a viewer and user point sizes that use the space better. 5 pt text is never, ever readable on a screen.

Hi Andrew Perkins, could you share a screenshot or a link to an example?

Andrew Perkins: Thanks, this is helpful! I believe this is happening because of the "Scale to fit" setting — you should be able to resize the image or remove it and the text will be bigger.
You can also ask AI to "Try a new layout", which will suggest other configurations for your card.
We're working on improvements to help the AI generate better layouts and prevent this type of situation from happening, but in the meantime those are probably your best bets. Appreciate the feedback!

минимальный размер шрифта по api

Сделать возможность выставить минимальный размер шрифта по api. Созданные проекты на телефоне невозможно прочитать, шрифты слишком маленькие.

Larger font sizes for projected slides
Shawn Devine
I often produce slides that will be projected in large meeting spaces. The defaults for many card options seem to be very small font sizes. It would be great to have an option that defaulted to larger font sizes for this purpose.
Nik Payne (Gamma design)
hi Shawn Devine, have you tried increase the font size in our present mode? If you present in gamma we have font size controls?
Shawn Devine
Nik Payne (Gamma design) Hi Nik - typically I need to export to PPT and provide the files to others in that format, so presenting in gamma is not an option.

Shawn Devine helpful. Thank you!

Inconsistent text sizing occurs after entering the initial prompt, despite clear instructions specifying font size and how to adapt slides when text exceeds limits.

I am working to use Gamma in a consistent way by training my AI agent to generate prompts that align with our school’s expectations for slide design and lesson delivery. These prompts are informed by the latest EEF research on effective teaching and learning. However, despite several iterations and clear instructions specifying consistent font sizes and the need to split slides when content exceeds readability limits, Gamma continues to produce slides using the normal text size. This makes the slides difficult for children to read in a classroom setting. I am therefore seeking a reliable way to ensure all generated slide decks maintain a consistent, accessible font size and adhere to our presentation standards.

Hi A Z! Thank you for your feedback. Something that could be causing this is our "Scale to fit" feature. We will resize the text on your card so that it matches the standard 16:9 slide format. Turning this off should partially solve your issue. Our team is also looking into improving this feature so that text remains legible!
You can learn more about scale to fit with our tutorial video here: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=UTvVEPEJUdE

Has Gamma given us the option of increasing font sizes? When we're presenting on a TV monitor and some of the audience is 100 feet away, it's impossible to read the text.
Moreover, when we select "Headings" as a way to enlarge text, it converts the text to "ALL CAPS" and boldens it!
