I purchased the premium version because it promises to make up to 30 slides, my text is large and it only made 14. In the free version I made 10 normally. How to make it generate 30 slides?

hello. i bought a full membership. by the way it asks how many slidesheets on the page. and i say i want 30 pages or 27 pages. but it gives a maximum of 13 pages. i want this issue resolved. or if this run continues please refund my subscription fee.
