Importing from PPTX doesn't work

I'm trying to import a pptx Powerpoint file but it doesn't work. It cannot import, it only displays a range with the same file name but empty.

Thanks for flagging this, and sorry it’s not importing properly. Quick couple details so we can pass something actionable to the team: what device/OS + browser are you on, and roughly how big is the PPTX (and does it have anything “special” like embedded videos/fonts)? If you can share the PPTX (or a screenshot of what you see after import), that’d help a ton too.

Nik Payne (Gamma design) I was on Windows 11 with a PC (ACER Nitro 5 AN515-45-R0YQ), Brave Browser (Chromium based), 12 MB pptx, doesn't seem to have anithing particular (no embedded videos, not sure about fonts). I also tried importing a PDF of the same presentation and I got like three slides -awfully formatted- out of 84. I'm happy to help with more details if needed.
