Lock logo for teams

I'd like to be able to "lock" a few brand elements (like our logo) to ensure my entire staff is on brand even if they take some other creative liberties.

Hi Nik, sorry I had one more thought. I'd love the option to "lock down" where users get imagery from -- ideally for us we need real world, actual photography we have rights to. So it may be files I upload, or just placeholders for imagery. But a way to ensure my staff doesn't create AI imagery all of the time!

- I would say logo, theme colors, theme fonts, header or footer established in theme -- should be locked. I'd love to establish a theme and know my staff can very quickly implement it with little opportunity for "brand errors".
- I would love to see an admin approval or override option for some power users. Any sort of "click for approval" could be helpful for those elements.

Amy Civetti: Thank you! Super helpful
We're doing more discovery on brand and templates as a whole. If you're open to it, would love to pick your brain in this area.

Totally hear you, Amy Civetti. Locking a few core brand elements like a logo so the whole team stays on-brand (even when folks get creative) makes a ton of sense. I’ll pass this to the team.
Quick couple questions so we build it the right way:
1) What exactly should be “locked” for you (logo only, colors, fonts, header/footer, cover layout, etc)?
2) When someone tries to change a locked element, what’s the ideal behavior: fully blocked, or allowed but requires an admin override?
