Thanks for the idea Lisbette Baez. This has definitely been requested a few times.

If comments/change history aren't important to you, right now the best way around this is to invite the other workspace user with edit access and have them make a duplicate into their workspace so they have full access to the new one. You can then remove them from the original, delete it if you want
