Native powerpoint chart exports (don't exported as images)

I work at a consulting firm and use Gamma, and it’s really frustrating that the charts (such as pie charts, bar charts, and some others) can’t be edited element by element in PowerPoint because they’re automatically exported as images.

Native Powerpoint exports for graphs

Hi, thanks for a great tool! When exporting to powerpoint, it would be great if it's possible to get native graphs so that the graphs are editable in Powerpoint, this would greatly increase the usability of this tool!

Wilhelm Åkerman love this idea, and thanks for spelling out the “why” too. Native, editable charts in PPT would be a big usability win. I’ll pass this along to the team.
Quick couple questions so we capture it right:
1) What kinds of graphs are you exporting (bar/line/pie, etc), and are they Gamma-generated charts or images you pasted in?
2) In PowerPoint, do you mainly want to edit the data behind the chart, or just styling (colors, labels, axes)?

Nik Payne (Gamma design) Hey Nik, thanks alot for the swift reply!
It is mainly (Almost want to say only) the graphs generated not depending on the type of charts so just any type. What we need is to be able to edit the data behind the chart but of cours, being able to change colors, labels, axes etc., also would be great!
Thanks alot

Totally hear you Tobie Vatimbella, that’s a pretty painful workflow in consulting when you need to tweak charts last minute in PowerPoint. I’ll pass this along to the team. Quick question: when you export, are you hoping the charts come through as native PowerPoint chart objects (so you can edit data/labels/colors), or would editable vector shapes be enough? Also which chart types are the biggest offenders for you?

Nik Payne (Gamma design) Hi Nik, thank you for the quick reply, appreciate it. It's pretty important for us to be able to modify the shapes and charts so that they match our brand's design so we would ideally like the charts and shapes to come through as native PPT chart objects. The charts I have tried and were the biggest offenders for me were the circles' ones.
