I love that it generates images, but it is a huge pain the ass to get it to properly edit from there. I even asked it if it could connect me with a Gamma rep in real time and it advised I download it and go finish editing it in Canva. Wtf. Please allow editing after the image creation. I would also love a point of contact to someone I could reach for help in real time, please. This is a great platform

This was my convo with AI when it went sideways. In the end I just wanted it to move the luxury logo up. Every version never changed the logo, it just made my face more grainy! I ultimately had to recreate it in Canva. 
For the real time communication I would prefer a live chat with someone who could remote view and just fix it. 
(I had to post these two separately because I maxed out the character limit on this chat, jsyk)

Is there a way to get a Gamma representative to help me with this image in real time right now?

Keep iterating with me — I can keep making adjustments. To be more precise, could you describe where the logo currently sits vs. where you want it? For example: "The logo is too low — it needs to move up about halfway between the phone number and the bottom edge."
Gamma Support — You can reach the Gamma team at gamma.app via their help/support chat for product assistance.
Download & finish in another tool — If you download the current version, you could make that final logo nudge quickly in Canva, Photoshop, or even PowerPoint.
Looking at the current image, the logo still appears to be sitting below the "Erica Stegner / REALTOR®" line rather than aligned with it. Want me to try one more time with a very explicit instruction — like moving it up so it sits in the bottom strip of the black panel, vertically centered with the name on the right? Erica Stegner yeah totally hear you. Editing should not turn into a whole side quest after you generate images, and that Canva suggestion would annoy me too. I’ll pass this along to the team.
Quick couple questions so we can pin down what “properly edit” means for you:
1) What edits are you trying to make after image creation (swap the image, crop/resize, tweak the prompt, move it around with text, edit the image itself, etc)?
2) Where does it break down for you right now, like what’s the exact moment you get stuck?
On the real-time help piece, what would work best for you when you’re in the middle of a project: live chat, a scheduled call, or something else?
