Overlay functionality on accent images

Ability to add overlays on accent images.

Sure. See the attached accent image. Since it's an accent image, I'm not seeing options to add an overlay to that image element. It would be convenient if there was a way to add an overlay, like we can with background images (2nd screenshot, 'faded' + overlay intensity).
If those options were available for all images, it would be super convenient. In the meantime, I've been having AI edit the images as needed.
