Paid Version Sucks. I'm really disappointed, just it wasn’t what I expected.

The paid version is a scam. The results are unsatisfactory; none of the documents from the paid version include illustrative images. You had to create them separately, and they never matched the content. It’s a shady and deplorable way to try to get you to spend your credits. On the other hand, the free version gives me better and more satisfying results. These documents do include relevant illustrative images, whether they’re AI-generated or stock images.
It’s ridiculous how much better the free version is than the paid one.

Hey Tonauak.Francisco, really sorry this was your experience. If the paid plan is giving you worse results than free, that’s not ok and I appreciate you spelling it out.
Quick couple questions so I can pass something actionable to the team:
1) When you say “paid version,” are you using the same exact prompt/content as you did on free, just on a paid account?
2) For the runs that came out with no illustrative images, were you creating a new doc from scratch or editing an existing one (and if you’re up for it, a screenshot of the “no images” result would help)?

Nik Payne (Gamma design) Yes, it’s not exactly the same prompt, but it’s used in the same way as in the free version. When I paid for the upgrade, I really expected to get more and better results based on how I phrased the prompts.
In the free version, I just enter the idea or instructions, and the program provides me with a satisfactory document layout, text, images, and icons. In the paid version, the layout wasn’t correct; the text was fine, but the images and icons were missing. I had to create images in other apps because the results were horrible and I was going through my credits like crazy.
I created another free account and entered the prompt as usual, and voilà! Everything worked perfectly. So the problem it's not about how i prompt, the problem its on the paid version.
About the second question: As I said, I just entered the idea or instructions, and the program gave me a good result that included smart text, decent illustrations or images, and icons.
When I did the same thing in the paid version, the results didn’t include any images or illustrations, the designs were awful, and the text was plain and ordinary. Examples? NO, I paid for the Plus version to improve my performance at work. I don't have time to take screenshots.
Blinded by frustration and pressure, I decided to solve the problem and move forward. I would have loved to create a new document to give you an example, but guess what: I’ve run out of credits, and I only created four documents—1,000 credits for 4 documents! It’s really ridiculous and pathetic. With the free version, I could create up to six amazing documents without any problem. No question about it—the free version is the better one.
