Request to Restore and Maintain E-Wallet Payment Options for Subscription

Dear Gamma App Support Team,
I am writing to provide feedback regarding my recent experience as a subscriber of Gamma App over the past three months, particularly related to the payment and billing system.
In my first month, I was able to complete the payment smoothly using GoPay, which was very convenient. However, in the second month, the payment method changed to debit card, which required additional steps and was more complicated to set up. Despite following the instructions, I still experienced difficulties during the process.
In the third month, I am currently unable to complete any payment at all, which has prevented me from continuing to use the app. This has been quite disruptive to my workflow and overall experience as a user.
I would like to suggest that Gamma App maintains consistent and user-friendly payment options, especially by continuing to support e-wallet methods such as GoPay and other similar services. Having stable access to multiple payment options would greatly improve user convenience and reduce interruptions in subscription access.
I hope this issue can be resolved soon and that future updates will ensure more reliable and flexible payment methods for all users.

If you’re up for it, when you contact them can you include: (1) what country you’re paying from, and (2) what you see when the payment fails (error message or screenshot)? That’ll help them troubleshoot faster, and I’ll also pass along your request to keep e-wallet options like GoPay available consistently.
