> Thanks, Nik. To clarify, I usually ask the AI to rewrite, summarize, or expand my academic/GS notes. The problem isn't that it rewrites them, it's that it keeps making the same mistakes. It often changes the meaning of sentences, mistranslates Hindi and English content, modifies important exam points, and sometimes even changes factual information. This happens repeatedly across different chats. For exam preparation, accuracy is critical, so I need the rewritten or summarized version to preserve the original meaning and key content without introducing errors.

Quick couple questions so we can make it actionable:
1) When you say it didn’t preserve your exact content, were you pasting in text and asking it to format/clean it up, or asking it to rewrite/summarize?
2) Do the repeated errors show up in specific spots like abbreviations (c., CE/AD) and proper nouns, or does it also change normal sentences? If you can share one short before/after snippet (even 2-3 lines), that’d help a ton.
