Vertical alignment of images

I would like to be able to align vertically - e.g. 3 images next to each other. I want them all aligned at the bottom or all aligned in the middle. Right now I can only align horizontally (center / left / right)

Hey Christine Wendell, thanks for the clear request. Totally get why you’d want bottom or middle vertical alignment when you’ve got 3 images side by side. I’ll pass this to the team.
Quick question so we can scope it right: are these images in a single row/column layout, or are you placing them as separate image blocks next to each other (and do they end up different heights)?
