Small Enhancements

New card templates. When you add a new blank card, try starting with a quick template.
Display and Monster font. Two new big font sizes for big impact.
Accent image improvements. Switch between fit & fill displays, and try out drag & drop.
Animations. These are now on by default when you go into Present mode.
