I have a few clients asking me to adapt the corporate design I have created for them into a workflow with large language models plus Gamma to create presentations. I suppose I'm an outlier as we DO have designs done, we want to have Gamma intelligently map out the content into my designs so their salespeople can build presentations quickly. So far, my limited interaction with Gamma since yesterday has been a bit troubling as Gamma is "dumbing down" my designs into a far more generic style, which will not be acceptable to my clients. Screenshots of my designs are as posted.

Christopher Sanna super helpful, yeah. Yeah plenty of these layouts are achievable, and some are not (split black/white slides, or a white slide footer). I included an example of me kind of manually remaking slides.

Looks like you did achieve the custom theme and fonts

Import right now is going to dumb down your work. We just haven't had the time to get it right. We're working on functionality to generate using slide templates so that will be coming, but we're not totally there yet

Thanks Nik I appreciate your very honest response. I will continue to experiment on the platform, and I eagerly await the time in the (near?) future, when my designs will work flawlessly with gamma.

If I can be of any assistance as a beta tester or something please let me know.

Christopher Sanna: dunno if it's relevant but I'm working on a templates-related project (think some kind of ai generate + content template experience) to let people generate sales pitches, lead magnets, etc at scale.
