O W Right now within Gamma, we do not support locking card sizes. You can adjust your card sizing under Page Settings, to set an minimum aspect ratio, but the card will still grow taller the more content you add. If you set the card sizing to anything but fluid (for example, 16:9), dotted guidelines will appear so you can adjust your content and move to another card if desired.
