Hello? I had a monthly subscription, but I don't need to subscribe anymore, so I want to cancel it, but if I go to settings and press Overview according to the cancellation method, there must be a subscription and cancellation message, but no matter where I look on the screen, I can't see the text subscription or cancellation, so the subscription fee is being withdrawn. Please make it possible to cancel it. Please. You can't just pay for it if you don't use it. Does this make sense if you can't even cancel it? Please help

Hello , I have an ongoing Pro Subscription and my profile is still showing Free / Baisc subscription. I am NOT able to use the Pro Subscription Package, Can you quickly fix this ? Find attached the invoice payment automatically on Nov 1ST OF 2024. I need to make some presentation ASAP
