For several months, I had issues duplicating my Gammas: the updated titles didn't show when exporting slides, making it really hard to keep my files in order. I didn't ask for help and just hoped it would be fixed after my leave from work. But when I came back after two months, the problem was still there, and a bigger issue popped up: text was changing and images were being deleted. I wrote a negative complaint and tried two other support channels to see if someone would really care. Gamma makes it very easy to record the issue, so in just a couple of minutes, I sent a recording for the agent to troubleshoot—without needing to be on the phone or have an agent access my computer remotely. To my surprise, within a few hours, two real agents were helping me figure out the problem.
