Feature requests

Please share feedback and requests related to workspace templates Some things I would love to know: 1) What are you turning into templates? 2) What do you want to do with the template? 3) Is anything missing or confusing? 4) How could we improve this feature?

Please allow me make folders private. I cant add any confidential documents in the folder if it is shared with members by default. This is very critical feature.

I rarely use the "Recently viewed" on the "Gammas" view. I previously spoke to the team about the ability to change that to "Created by you," and it was suggested this could be done locally. If you can't support setting this as an account setting, please consider adding support for a local saved state.

It would be great if you could create folders inside of folders to better organize gammas

I really miss the possibility of Action in Bulk. For example, I want to put 10 Gammas inside a folder. I need to do this, one by one. In my case, if I want to put 50 Gammas inside a folder, I'm going to take a long time doing that. A bulk action option, in which I select the Gammas I want and place them in the folder I want, would go a long way in organizing.

I removed someone from my workspace when they left the company. Then someone from a partner company found one of their documents they had published via a Google Search, which was never intended [and I'm surprised was possible] Support said I wasn't able to delete the document b/c the user was no longer in my workspace -- but it feels like as the admin, I should get power over any docs created in my workspace when someone leaves.

It would be nice to have the posibility to move Gammas from one worskapce to another.

I REALLY love using your websites features. BUT I can't organize sites into a folder?!?! This is a problem. I tend to make presentations and digital sales rooms for clients and prospects. But because I have a lot of prospects, my main Gamma Homepage is cluttered and scattered with websites. Solution: I'd like to be able to organize my websites into folders just like I can organize presentations into folders. I'd like websites to be treated the exact same. In a perfect world, I'd create a folder, name it after my client, then put an array of offline presentations AND live Gamma Sites into this folder.

Probably one feature that's most holding me back with Gamma is being able to view my presentations in a full screen grid view. I can do this in PPT, Google Slides, Beautiful.ai , and Canva, but Gamma only has the right dock where you can only see a handful of slides at a time. I have some lengthy decks that I often need to rearrange depending on the audience I'm presenting to and to be able to review at a "zoomed out" level for content flow, etc. I'd love to see this view developed. Thank you!

Ability to lock or unlock gammas with proper visual cue in thumbnail for decks already shared externally so other members of workspace do not accidentally edit them.
